Angie comes from Bogotá. She did her bachelor in Geography at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. During her studies she found GIS and Remote sensing quite challenging, despite that she found them fascinating and a field with so many possibilities. She did an internship at the UBPD by using GIS to help in the search and location for missing people due to the armed conflict in her country.

She joined EAGLE to acquire knowledge in new techniques for earth observation and geoanalysis. New challenges are ahead of her, specially with coding, but she is excited to follow this path in order to achieve her goal of working at a space agency.

In her free time, she enjoys listening music and dancing to it, sharing funny videos, walking to see beautiful landscapes, spending time with friends and expressing her love to a fascinating fruit of her country, the Lulo.
