Ina Schulz
2021 EAGLE Student | Member of the Student´s Board
Ina is from Munich in southern Germany and completed her Bachelor in Geography at RWTH Aachen University. Her focus was on Physical Geography with a minor in Geology, which has allowed her to gain a profound understanding of the environment and its underlying processes. She partook in classes in Geohazards and introductory classes in remote sensing. The interdisciplinarity of Geography always fascinated her and still does in the EAGLE master.
In the EAGLE Master Program, Ina wants to learn about the different methodologies used in the various fields of Remote Sensing. She is looking forward to understanding the living environment at the large scale that satellite data allows, as well as the small scale through the usage of UAS. She’s excited to bring the knowledge gained in her undergraduate studies to the table to explore the relationship between the environment and humans interacting with it.
Outside of university, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cycling or hiking, exploring new environments and engaging in handicrafts.
