Haiyin Ye

2018 EAGLE student

Haiyin Ye comes from Shanghai, China. She studied GIS and Regional Economics at Tongji University. In between, she spent two exchange semesters at the Technical University of Berlin. In October 2017, she started studying Landscape Ecology at the University of Hohenheim and took part in several conservation projects. She realized that remote sensing is vital and a future trend in ecological and many other studies.

She joined the EAGLE program to deepen her knowledge and improve her remote sensing skills for solving geographical problems. Biodiversity monitoring by remote sensing is her special interest.
