Ahmed Saadallah
2016 EAGLE Student
Ahmed Saadallah (30) is one of the international students of the EAGLE Program in 2016. Ahmed comes from Al Quseir in Egypt and lives in Germany since 2012. His hobbies are desert safaris and camping as well as wildlife watching and diving. He did his Bachelors in the field of Environmental Science at the South Valley University in Egypt starting in 2006. After finishing his studies, he came to Cologne and did his Masters in Culture and Environment in Africa at the University of Cologne.
Ahmed joined the EAGLE program because he likes the structure of topics and wants to learn more of the practical skills which are offered. He wants to achieve more knowledge and experience for his future work and research. His special interests are human-environment interactions, arid landscapes, paleoclimate reconstructions and remote sensing.
