Nestor Ivan Gualsaqui Anrango

Nestor Ivan Gualsaqui Anrango comes from the north of Ecuador, Otavalo, and studied Forest Engineering at the University Técnica del Norte in Ibarra, Ecuador. During his bachelor thesis, he realized how important and useful remote sensing and GIS can be.
He believes that the EAGLE master program will help him to gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of remote sensing. Moreover, he is interested to learn the applications in different fields (e.g. conservation, land and water management) in order to give practical solutions to the dynamic world. So he wants to contribute research related to these topics to the world and especially his country of origin.
His hobbies are amongst others playing soccer, playing the guitar, traveling, watching movies and dancing.
